The Healing Sole form fits to your foot in 7-14 days for your perfect support. Break them in slowly over the course of 7-14 days, and then you’ll start to feel relief two weeks and beyond. They may feel firm and heavy at first, but don’t worry – they will adjust!

During your break-in period, we recommend wearing them passively for short walks around or inside your home only, and not for longer walks. After you've broken them in fully, you can wear them as a walking shoe or on errands! As with breaking in any shoe, some irritation or blistering is not uncommon, but breaking in your new footwear slowly should help you avoid as much discomfort as possible.
