In the past, our flip flops were designed for indoor use. The way we view our flip flop is that it isn't JUST a flip flop. To us, it's medicine - one used to help alleviate foot and heel pain, especially for those suffering from plantar fasciitis. When designing the flip flop, we envisioned the user being able to treat their pain from the comfort of their home. However, as time went on and our audience grew, we started to realize that our design needed to pivot.

To meet the needs of our customers, we started to look at ways we could improve the flip flop and make it more suitable for outdoor use. We knew that our customers were buying the flip flop to help with their pain at home. However, one of the most significant benefits we tout is delivering treatment at your convenience. Having a flip flop not explicitly designed for outdoor use went against that. Our solution was to alter the flip flop - making it more suited for indoor AND outdoor use.

When you have plantar fasciitis, you know how painful every step can be. No one should have to experience this pain every day, all day. Luckily, with our newest version of The Healing Sole, customers are no longer limited in where they can and can't get treatment.
